Marketing and events are a key part of what we do here at Brighton Group. Getting the right products in the right places and in front of the right people is obviously paramount to engaging with consumers and sales. Working specifically within the premium, niche beauty, grooming and lifestyle industry in the UK gives us a strong understanding the best platforms and opportunities for the brands we work with and the products we distribute. We were, therefore, delighted to partner with the Isle of Wight Festival Team on 'The Washroom' a luxury pampering experience within the Festival Campsite. We supplied the Festival Team with a special selection of Triumph & Disaster products for The Washroom including Karekare Tonic (Sea Salt Spray), Coltrane Clay and Logic Toner. 

About Triumph & Disaster

Triumph & Disaster's philosophy is to use the best of science combined with the best of nature to produce naturally derived but scientifically engineered products that work. Hailing from New Zealand, skin and haircare products use a combination of locally sourced indigenous ingredients such as Horopito oil and Ponga fern extract blended with scientifically proven and natural ingredients from around the world including Jojoba extract from Mexico and Tamanu oil from Polynesia. 

Created by Dion Nash, a former professional cricketer for New Zealand, Dion spent his youth training in the harsh elements, making him acutely aware of how his skin made him feel. This inspired him to create products that would support the skin and hair's natural integrity and biology, and be comfortable to use especially for men.


Our Role at Brighton Group

For this event, we built a strong partnership with the Isle of Wight Festival Team, working together to make The Washroom a success. This included product curation, delivery and creation of marketing materials that were in keeping with The Washroom set up and would also promote Triumph & Disaster directly to the 4000 Washroom ticket holders using the space. Working within the beauty, grooming and lifestyle industry in the UK, our work centres around partnerships, this includes partnerships with the brands themselves as well as retailers and directly with consumers offering product education and exceptional customer service. In addition to the above worked with the festival team and content creators to produce unique imagery of Triumph & Disaster at the festival.

About IOW Festival Washroom

The Washroom was an add-on to festival goers campsite accommodation. With a capacity of 4000 The Washroom was completely sold out and will return again in 2024. Check out a few more event pics below:
